Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has worked professionally in Indiana for the past 11 years. Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with kids, especially teenagers, and families. I also have experience working with clients who identify as LGBTQAI+.
My expertise lies in helping clients who have experienced depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, parenting and family issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence challenges. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion and believe all humans are deserving of these basic rights. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, and will always work within a client-centered approach. It takes courage to face all parts of ourselves, and to work towards becoming the best versions of ourselves.
Change is hard, and I consider it an immense honor to walk with you on your path towards self-love, contentment and happiness. I am here to support and empower you in your journey-whatever that may be.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers – you can meet with a therapist in the format that fits your schedule and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate care into daily life.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed, it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time.
