Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging circumstances (a variety of emotional and psychological struggles). I approach every person with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and motivational interviewing.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults, especially those who need someone to truly listen and walk alongside them as a teammate in their journey. I specialize in navigating stress, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. I have also experienced working with depression.
I believe that therapy is a team approach. Together, we’ll identify and set goals that matter to you, whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective. Your goals may evolve as you gain new insights. We can adapt our plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and relevant to you. Therapy is a process, and together we’ll build a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported.
