Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a UK-based counsellor, fully qualified to practice (Prof. Dip. Psy. C.) and am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. MNCPS (Acc.)
Integrative counselling draws upon various disciplines in the field of psychotherapeutic practice. This means that I take a person-centred (humanistic) approach to my work, but may also draw upon psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural theories and methods. Additionally I use creative ideas within my practice so that our work may include activities beyond talking and listening, enabling a more flexible and holistic approach to counselling therapy. I provide you with a confidential, non-judgmental place to talk and provide support to a wide range of clients with an equally wide range of therapeutic needs. Examples include:
Depression, anxiety, clients with high functioning ASD and other neurodivergence; relationships; workplace difficulties, unemployment/underemployment; stalking; physical, psychological and sexual abuse; traumatic events; impacts of crime and more.
Get in touch, and let’s talk about how we could work together.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – via video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better.
