Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Kristina Komori and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Orange County and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in treating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and confidence/self-esteem, using evidence-based practices to support my clients with making progress and start feeling better.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I have found that my style and approach are fitting for adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with life transitions and stressors which may emerge as anxiety, depression, and stress.
To me, collaboration is key to setting goals with clients. It is my role to gain an understanding of what you would like to achieve during our time together. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
