Kimberly Hauser earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology and went on to complete both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Psychology at the University of Cincinnati. She practices in Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a supervisory endorsement, a credential that authorizes independent clinical practice and supervision of other social workers. She brings more than 14 years of experience to her therapeutic work.
Her clinical focus includes support for teens, young adults, individuals, and families facing stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, parenting issues, relationship and family conflicts, coping with life changes and transitions, trauma and abuse, grief, anger management, career difficulties, coaching, and ADHD. She works collaboratively with clients to identify where they are now and where they want to go.
Hauser’s approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and emphasizes a strengths-based, solution-oriented perspective. She aims to foster an environment in which clients feel listened to, comfortable, and able to recognize the value of their time in therapy.
She looks forward to supporting individuals and families who are seeking guidance and change.
Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes—online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One of the most practical benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best, including video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule or to receive support from different locations.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and if a different match would be more helpful, clients have the option to switch therapists. Online therapy offers accessible, professional support for many of the challenges people commonly face.
