Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Kim Quintero and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma. I have over 30 years of experience working with children, teens, families, and individuals dealing with a variety of issues ranging from parenting, domestic violence, abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship and behavioral problems. I have worked in outpatient mental health centers, university student counseling center, as well as in public schools as an elementary school counselor. I believe in establishing a warm, supportive, and interactive relationship with my clients. My therapeutic approach is mostly Cognitive Behavioral and for many problem areas, I highly encourage practice between sessions as this is how we all improve in areas we want to get better at. I believe that the solutions are within YOU and my job is to help you discover them. I will guide you to the best of my ability.
Personally, I have been married for 35 years. I have been blessed with 3 wonderful children and 1 beautiful granddaughter that I adore! I absolutely love the lake (oceans too), so in my free time, that’s where you’ll find me if I have the chance!
I applaud the steps you are taking right now. That’s the first step to the new YOU! I look forward to getting to know you, and the journey we will take together!

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life best, whether by video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain continuity of care and to fit therapy into busy schedules.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different fit is desired, clients may switch therapists at any time. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and practical way to get professional support.
