Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! My name is Kelsey Haymond and I would love the opportunity to work with you.
Life can be difficult at times and leave you feeling stuck. My hope is that I will be able to help you through times like these. The best way to describe my approach is client centered; meaning, it is important for me to develop a genuine relationship where you feel safe to open up, no judgment, and validated. Our therapeutic journey will involve a safe space to share thoughts and feelings, hope, empowerment, self-exploration, growth promoting experiences, work outside of therapy, and I will try to throw in some fun and laughter along the way. It is also important to me that we work on what you want to work on. Early in the process we will determine goals and most of our work with be centered on those.
I have worked as a therapist for 4 years and love what I do. I have experience working with adults with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, relationship struggles, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Therapeutic theories in which I have had training and experience are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and Family Systems Theory. Techniques I use will be based on the individual and their needs.
On a personal note, I love spending time with my new baby girl and husband, biking, yoga, basketball, volleyball, and ATVing.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and individuals who want a different match can switch therapists if they prefer. Online therapy can be a convenient route to consistent support for many everyday mental health concerns.
