Katie Fleming

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

Hello! I’m Katie. I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor in the State of Kentucky with 13 years of experience. I’ve worked with worked with a variety of populations in my years counseling. I have worked in an in-patient psychiatric hospital, community/school based counseling position, as well as intensive out-patient setting at the local hospital. I have been trained in Trauma Informed Care and have many years experience working with things such as anxiety, depression, and life changes.

I approach counseling in a manner that tries to meet you where you are in life. There is no judgement here, only support and encouragement. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help. I tend to focus more on your own personal strengths and try to find ways to encourage you to reach solutions on your own so that you feel more empowered and ready to face whatever challenges life throws at you.

I look forward to getting to know you and helping in any way I can on this new adventure.

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people wonder whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to schedule care around work, family, and other commitments. Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, practical way to get consistent support for everyday mental health concerns.
