Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a clinical mental health counselor with over 12yrs of experience. I am licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Washington. I have worked with a variety of client concerns including depression, anxiety, women’s issues, and life stressors. Many are survivors of childhood trauma and struggle with symptoms of C-PTSD.
My counseling style is supportive and empowering. I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities, i.e. person centered, mindfulness, & cognitive-behavioral, etc. No two client’s have the same experiences, so individual treatment can look very different. You are the expert of “you”. I am here to support you, you decide what we work on, and together we work to get you where you want to be.
I applaud you in taking the first steps to improving your wellbeing and quality of life, I know those are often the most difficult. I hope that you now follow thru and learn how beneficial counseling can be. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!

Jill Foster is a clinical mental health counselor with more than 12 years of clinical experience, practicing from Kentucky and licensed to provide care across Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Washington. She has supported people facing depression, anxiety, women’s issues, and everyday life stressors, and she frequently works with survivors of childhood trauma who experience symptoms consistent with complex post-traumatic stress.
Her approach to counseling is both supportive and empowering. She integrates a range of therapeutic methods – including person-centered work, mindfulness practices, and cognitive-behavioral techniques – and tailors treatment to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all plan. Jill views each person as the expert on their own life and collaborates with them to identify priorities and goals.
She holds state counseling licenses and credentials in Arizona and Pennsylvania and maintains the professional authorizations required to practice in the other states listed. Jill encourages people for taking the first step toward improving their wellbeing, understands how difficult that step can be, and looks forward to partnering with clients as they move toward the changes they want to make.
Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research and clinical practice indicate that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for many individuals.
A major benefit is the flexibility it provides – clients can choose the format that works best for them, whether that is video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to include therapy in a busy schedule and to access care from where one feels most comfortable.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients are free to change therapists if they feel another fit would be better. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible option for addressing everyday mental health needs and life transitions while maintaining the same professional standards you would expect from in-person care.
