Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Jaclyn Trevino. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas. I began my role as a counselor when I graduated with my Masters in Community Counseling in 2013. I am passionate about assisting others in reaching their goals through a warm and collaborative process. I believe that seeking help to better oneself takes courage and self-awareness, qualities that I truly appreciate and reflect during the therapeutic relationship. I have counseling experience assisting clients that are struggling in their current life circumstances, with anxiety, grief, depression, and communication/relational problems.
We will respectfully work together to identify obstacles, gain insight into challenges and create strategies to overcome them. I believe that individuals are responsible for their own behaviors, thoughts, and feelings, but occasionally need help processing it all. I hope to facilitate for my clients greater self-awareness through their life experiences which may lead to increased confidence, peace, self-esteem, independence and the capacity to effectively navigate the complex challenges of life. I am here to support you and assist you on your journey of personal growth.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, remote therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is convenience. Clients can connect in the way that best fits their daily routine and comfort level – through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to keep consistent appointments and integrate therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different therapeutic fit would be better, they can change therapists. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, flexible option to address mental health and relationship concerns while maintaining the same professional standards found in face-to-face care.
