Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have worked with a number of populations, ranging in different ages and different focuses. I am focusing my work on teenagers, couples, families, and peri-mental health support. Client’s of mine should be open to participating in the therapy process, have a willingness to share, motivated for change, whether it’s addressing specific issues or improving overall well-being. Clients should be able to establish trust, and be vulnerable which can allow for a deeper exploration of self. Client’s should understand that therapy is a process that may take time, with the possibility of a lot of ups and downs. I am here to journey with you.
My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive environment where we can explore your thoughts and feelings together. I believe in the power of collaboration and aim to empower you on your journey toward healing and personal growth. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I’m here to listen and support you.
Reaching out for help is a brave step, and it’s completely okay to seek support during challenging times. You don’t have to face your struggles alone—there’s a safe space where you can explore your feelings and work toward healing. Taking that first step can lead to meaningful change, and your well-being is worth it.

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their life – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to attend sessions consistently.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. This combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a practical choice for many people seeking support.
