I am trained in person centred and psycho-dynamic therapies and practice in a holistic, solution focused way. I have experience in helping clients with many concerns including stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, self harm, suicidal tendencies, eating disorders & sleep problems.
