Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Even though I completed my formal education with my Masters in Counseling from Spring Arbor University in 2015, I have been passionate about people, stories, and truth, for as long as I can remember. I feel blessed to be in a profession where I can engage with all three! I believe that therapy is an opportunity to search for truth about yourself, others, and the world. Therapy can be an intimidating endeavor, but my aim is to create an authentic connection with each of my clients, in order to make the vulnerability it requires easier. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, difficult relationships, communication skills, and boundary setting. I am especially passionate about working with young adults as they cope with the many stressors they encounter, though I have experience working with a variety of clients.
My personal style is a laid back and highly relational approach. I want to create a genuine relationship in which personal discovery and growth is possible! I also tend to be someone who challenges thought processes, gives feedback, and points to helpful resources.
Pursuing therapy is wise and brave. I would consider it an absolute honor to listen to your story, and support you through your current struggles. There is no issue too insignificant to work on or to talk about; no person is meant to walk through life alone.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This makes virtual care a valid option for those seeking support for these types of issues.
One of the main benefits of online therapy is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist using the format that fits their needs and schedule best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which helps make therapy easier to integrate into daily life.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. For many, the combination of comparable effectiveness and greater convenience makes online therapy a practical choice for addressing common mental health and life concerns.
