Eila Ghrayeb offers acceptance, respect, and a safe, confidential space where clients can be heard and work through the questions and problems they are struggling to cope with. She supports people who find relationships difficult or who struggle with trust, decision-making, emotion regulation, high stress, intrusive thoughts, and unwanted habits.
Through developing a clearer understanding of themselves and identifying practical steps toward change, clients can move toward living in line with what matters to them. Eila has worked with a wide range of concerns, including relationship breakdown, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, childhood abuse - physical, sexual and emotional - grief and loss, adjustment to life changes, addictions and substance misuse, lack of motivation, unwanted habits, and diagnoses such as BPD and bipolar disorder.
She also brings years of on-the-ground experience supporting people across many different situations, including EBSD, ADHD, alcoholism, homelessness, and other mental health difficulties. As a Christian, Eila can provide an understanding and supportive space for clients whose faith is an important part of who they are.
With six years of experience as an Integrative Psychotherapist, she adapts therapeutic approaches to each client’s unique needs and preferences. Eila meets clients where they are, accepts them without judgment, and supports them in reaching their goals while teaching skills and insight they can continue to use independently.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility - clients can connect in the way that fits them best, whether via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain continuity of care.
Therapists delivering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch practitioners if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy offers a practical and evidence-supported option for many of the everyday mental health and relationship issues people seek help for.
