Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a counsellor with over 15 years’ experience supporting adults, young people, and workplaces through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and workplace stress. My approach is counselling-based, warm, practical, trauma-informed, and client-centred. I help clients make sense of what’s happening, build emotional regulation, and reconnect with their own inner strengths and values.
When appropriate, I may integrate art therapy or transpersonal methods for clients who find creative or symbolic processes helpful. These approaches can deepen insight and expression but are always optional and guided by each person’s comfort and readiness.
I hold postgraduate qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy, with advanced training in transpersonal counselling and art therapy. I am a registered member of PACFA and ACA as well as an accredited ACA supervisor. I believe healing happens through genuine connection and understanding, and my goal is to support people to feel more empowered, resilient, and at ease within themselves.

Many people ask whether online therapy can produce meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect in the way that best fits your routine and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to maintain regular appointments and integrate therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if at any point a different fit would suit you better, you can switch to another therapist. Online therapy provides a practical and accessible option for many people seeking support.
