Danielle Veader is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Georgia with 18 years of clinical experience. Early in her career she worked in child welfare, partnering with parents to strengthen their capacities and supporting both parents and teenagers as they work to improve family relationships.
For more than a decade she has worked in medical settings, helping individuals and their families adjust to new chronic or terminal medical diagnoses and the changes those diagnoses bring to daily life.
Danielle has also facilitated grief support groups, and she values helping people process loss in the way that feels right for them as they rediscover purpose and joy.
She takes an integrated approach to care, meeting each person where they are and drawing on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Treatment is shaped collaboratively so the plan fits each individual’s needs.
Seeking therapy is an important step, and Danielle looks forward to supporting clients as they work toward better wellbeing. She currently sees clients in Georgia and is accepting new appointments only between 9:00am and 3:00pm Eastern Time, as her afternoon and evening slots are presently full.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility - clients can choose the mode of connection that fits their needs, including video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to schedule and maintain care around work, family, and daily responsibilities.
Therapy provided online is delivered by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, remote sessions offer a practical, effective way to access ongoing mental health support without sacrificing clinical quality.
