Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) licensed by the state of Texas. I have worked as a counselor for several years in settings ranging from an outpatient substance abuse clinic, to inpatient hospitals, and my current work in a private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm, friendly and interactive. I believe there is great value in working through issues from our families-of-origin but I also know sometimes clients just want to find practical solutions for their current struggles. That’s why I use a combination of cognitive-behavior therapy, solution-focused brief therapy as well a family systems approach. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Seeking help can be frightening, so I admire the courage you’ve already demonstrated by reaching out for help. I believe that working together we can help you find and develop the kind of life you desire. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes—online therapy can be an effective option. Research and clinical experience indicate that, for these typical issues, remote sessions are comparable in effectiveness to in-person therapy.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can meet with a therapist in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level – by video call, over the phone, through live chat, or via in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to weave therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients are free to switch providers if they need a different fit. For many individuals seeking help with everyday mental health and life challenges, online therapy provides an accessible, practical route to professional support.
