Christina Keogh recognizes that deciding to seek support is a meaningful step toward wellbeing, whether someone is simply exploring options or ready to begin therapy. She acknowledges that beginning to share personal concerns with a new person takes courage and can feel overwhelming, and she offers a paced, client-centered approach that meets each person where they are.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing in Minnesota, Christina holds the license MN LMFT 3646 and earned her master’s degree in 2015. She brings nine years of clinical experience working directly with people in a variety of settings, including individual, family, couples, child, and group therapy.
Christina works with people facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, transitions and life changes, parenting and intimacy concerns, anger management, self-esteem struggles, career difficulties, compassion fatigue, and ADHD. She places particular emphasis on helping women and men navigate life changes and transitions, recognizing that even expected shifts can feel isolating and overwhelming.
Grounded in a belief that relationships and interactions shape who we are, Christina integrates narrative therapy and solution-focused approaches to help clients clarify goals and craft new directions. Her style is warm and non-judgmental while also encouraging practical steps that support lasting change. She aims to be a reliable member of each person’s support network, offering tools and techniques clients can use now and into the future.
Christina invites anyone who feels they need additional support to reach out. She brings an open, empathetic stance and a collaborative mindset to therapy, and she looks forward to helping people move toward the outcomes they want to achieve.
