Many people want to know whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility - individuals can choose the mode of connection that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This convenience can make it easier to maintain regular sessions even with busy schedules.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and, if someone decides a different therapist would be a better fit, they can switch providers at any time.
