Hello! My name is Cecelia Salamone and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from the State of Michigan. I have a M. A. in Counseling and B.S. in Education with Certification – Secondary and Elementary. I believe it is important to create an accepting, respectful, encouraging environment.
