Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Bridgez English. I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a therapist for over the past five years working with individuals as young as seven years old up to individuals in their seventies with everything in between! I received my Master’s in Education Degree (M.Ed) from the University of Utah in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and attending Westminster College for my bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
I approach therapy with the mindset that you are the expert in your own life and hope to work together with you to navigate the different challenges you are experiencing and work to modify my approach for each person by recognizing you as the unique individual you are. I specialize in areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self esteem issues, and emotional regulation. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
I would be honored to join you on your therapy journey together. As Linda Ellerbee said, “What I like most about change is that it’s a synonym for “hope.” If you are taking a risk, what you are really saying is, “I believe in tomorrow and I will be part of it.”

Bridgez English is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor practicing in Utah with seven years of experience. She has worked with a wide age range of clients – from children as young as seven to adults in their seventies – addressing concerns across the lifespan.
She earned a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Utah after completing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Westminster College. Bridgez brings specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to her clinical work.
Bridgez approaches therapy from a collaborative perspective, viewing each person as the expert in their own life and tailoring her methods to fit individual needs. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and emotional regulation, among other challenges.
She aims to support clients through life transitions and healing, offering practical coping strategies and trauma-informed care. Bridgez welcomes the opportunity to join someone on their therapeutic journey and often echoes Linda Ellerbee’s sentiment that change is a form of hope – a step toward believing in tomorrow.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions – online therapy has been demonstrated to be similarly effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for people seeking support for everyday mental health needs.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether that is video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability helps make therapy more accessible and easier to fit into busy schedules.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients typically have the option to change therapists if they feel another clinician might be a better fit. Online therapy can provide an effective, convenient way to work on emotional well-being with professional support.
