Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Bridgez English. I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a therapist for over the past five years working with individuals as young as seven years old up to individuals in their seventies with everything in between! I received my Master’s in Education Degree (M.Ed) from the University of Utah in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and attending Westminster College for my bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
I approach therapy with the mindset that you are the expert in your own life and hope to work together with you to navigate the different challenges you are experiencing and work to modify my approach for each person by recognizing you as the unique individual you are. I specialize in areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self esteem issues, and emotional regulation. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
I would be honored to join you on your therapy journey together. As Linda Ellerbee said, “What I like most about change is that it’s a synonym for “hope.” If you are taking a risk, what you are really saying is, “I believe in tomorrow and I will be part of it.”

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or ongoing commitments.
Licensed professionals provide online care, and if a client decides they would prefer a different fit, it is possible to switch therapists. This combination of accessibility and professional support allows many people to engage in therapy in a way that works for their lives.
