Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
An important benefit is flexibility - clients can connect in the way that works best for them, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Each therapist providing online care is a licensed professional, and clients may change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and effective route to support and growth.
