Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed behavioral health therapist with 21 years experience. I live in a small town in Washington state. I am 68 years old and chose to postpone my career in counseling until after my five children were older.
Currently, I do not counsel men. My interest is helping women with their challenges at all stages of life. My approach to life is Christian based. I have experience with parenting issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship stressors, abuse and PTSD.
I believe people need to be able to tell their own story to someone willing to listen, care and understand their unique experiences and challenges. My clinical approach combines client- centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-based and family systems therapy.
I look forward to hearing your story.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and daily life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit.
